For an adult division, organizers either register the roster themselves or share the standard link and let players complete it. The form is editable field by field, so you drop the questions that only make sense for a minor. It is a workaround, it works, and it is not the same as software designed for a league of coworkers.
Each division gets its own registration link, so a parent signing up a third grader only sees the youth team and a coed rec player only sees that division. Collect a jersey size for every player, a grade level, or a team and free-agent preference, and add, remove, or reorder any field from your settings so the form asks for what your league needs and nothing more.
