Registration, documents, invoicing, and payment plans for youth sports clubs. Your organization keeps its own Stripe account and stays the merchant of record, so registration money lands in your bank. Nobody holds it, nobody disburses it back to you.
From signup to your first paid registration, here is the whole process.
Sign up in two minutes. Pick your sport, choose your subdomain, and your dashboard is ready.
Your club connects its own Stripe account, or one per team if that is how your money works. You are the merchant of record from the first dollar.
Create teams by age band or division, invite coaches to their own dashboards, and send out one registration link per team.
Parents register and pay from their phone in about five minutes, in full or on a two-pay or three-pay plan. The money goes to your account, not ours.
Review registrations, collect documents and contracts, send invoices, record the checks a coach takes at practice, and message your teams from one place.
Free to start, no credit card. And a real person will set your first season up with you.
The parts of a season that other platforms make you work around.
Each team’s money goes straight to that team’s own account. In our benchmark of ten competing platforms, none offered it.
Set one age cutoff date and registrations route to the right team on their own. No spreadsheet triage in August.
Families split dues into two or three payments. Most platforms repeat a fixed fee on every installment. We never do.
A coach takes a check at practice and marks it paid. The roster, the invoice, and the books stay in step.
Two fees, both listed on this page. Card processing goes straight to Stripe at their public rate.

Money moves through your organization's own Stripe account. Your club is the merchant of record, and payouts land in your bank on Stripe's schedule, not ours.
On most platforms, families pay the platform. It holds your season in its account and sends it along on its own schedule. That is a different arrangement than owning the account the money lands in.

Running a full season on it
Miami Valley Xpress, a 10-team travel fastpitch club in Ohio, runs its entire season on Clubside: registration with automatic age placement, documents and contracts, invoicing, payment plans, and per-team payouts.
The money ones first, because those are the ones that matter.
You do. Your organization connects its own Stripe account and stays the merchant of record, so a family paying for registration is paying your club. The money lands in your bank on Stripe’s normal payout schedule. We never hold your balance and we never disburse it back to you.
Yes. The Starter plan has no monthly software cost: online registration, payment processing, team management, calendar, and email notifications for up to 3 teams and 75 players, with no credit card to sign up. Clubside earns the $3.50 registration fee instead, paid by the family at checkout. No contract on any plan: upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your admin settings.
Two things, both published on this page. A $3.50 registration fee paid by the family at checkout, capped at $7 per family per season. And a small platform percentage on online payments, set by your plan. Card processing goes directly to Stripe at their standard published rate of 2.9% + $0.30. We do not mark it up.
No. Two-pay and three-pay cost your families the same as paying in full. Most platforms repeat a fixed fee on every installment, which quietly makes the flexible option the expensive one. We never do that.
Both. Every organization is isolated in its own secure workspace, and payments run through Stripe, a PCI-certified processor, so we never see or store raw card numbers. Your rosters, registrations, and payment history are yours: export them whenever you want, without asking us first.
A real person sets your season up with you: your registration form, your age cutoff and team bands, your documents, and your fee schedule. Most organizations can create an organization, add teams, and share registration links in under 10 minutes, and we help with the rest, including moving off another platform.
Tell us how your club runs its season: how many teams, how the money is split, what you are on now. We will tell you plainly whether Clubside fits.
